Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken
The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:
The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
The original packaging or seal is damaged after delivery
The return request is made for personal preference or taste
The product is purchased during clearance or promotional sale (unless damaged)
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days
Once approved, the product may be picked up by our courier partner or you may be asked to self-ship.
Products must be returned in original condition with packaging intact.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Replacements are subject to product availability
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
Ayurvedic products are health-related consumables and cannot be returned once opened due to safety and hygiene reasons.
